How to Choose the Type of YogaKargha Cotton Yoga Mat Basis the Anti-skid Backing? Guidelines
Confused as to which type of backing should you choose for your practice. YogaKargha cotton yoga mats come in three variation: Normal cotton yoga mat (no anti-skid backing), Anti-skid natural rubber coated yoga mat, and Anti-skid felt backed yoga mat. Use the following table to make an informed decision regarding your purchase:
